Horrible work atmosphere, moral very low, largest employee turnover in any IT department I've ever worked for! Instead of hiring support staff to work around the clock, you're expected to work/monitor emails after you get off work. There is also no telecommuting policy in place. If you work from home, you will be forced to take a personal day, which in the 21st century is absolutely absurd. Pay and benefits are mediocre at best. No reward/incentive to work hard as you get no bonuses, no pay raises, no room for advancement. If you have good ideas, just forget about a place of bringing those ideas to the table. Also, Instead of removing and replacing horrific leadership, they promote these department "leaders", who can't lead to begin with and have no real-world experience running an Enterprise IT environment. No departmental or team standards, industry best practices are not followed, no proper IT procedures in place, etc.
