Beware false promises. They talk the talk, but don't follow up with the walk. They don't care about you, only about the bottom line, and will lie straight to your face. I had a chance to pursue a great opportunity outside of the broadcasting business, and Sinclair is now suing me for more than $7,000 (when I only made $36,000 a year). i hated going to work everyday for these people, even though I was working in my home market. While it's tough with all the stations they've purchased, AVOID this company if you can. You will not be happy there long-term, unless you know management directly (it's definitely a good ole' boys network).
