      Management spends more time in corporate meetings discussing issues than they do out in the field actually addressing the client issues. They need to be more client facing.

      Flexibility with my schedule to be able to take and pick up my kids from school. Great team to work with at my location. Ability to train and do jobs outside of my regular task to get hands on experience in other areas.

      Terrible pay and culture. They will likely not pay you commission for anything you sell so do not take that on. Focus on your primary job.
