They schedule you to work only to tell you to go home when you get there because there's no work. Most of the bathrooms don't work in some manner. Some of the prizes up for grabs for things such as "most items picked" are not actually up for grabs because team leaders save themselves better trolleys so they can pick more items faster. They don't take health and safety seriously. You can hear sexist, racist and homophobic remarks throughout your time there, both from colleagues and team leaders alike. They expect you to pick at least 75 items per hour - more than an item a minute in a large warehouse with items being all over the place - and you'll get warned if you're below this target. There's one medic to thousands of people. Canteen machines don't work and it's almost impossible to get your money back.
