Poorly trained middle management- salesmen who moved up the ranks and were given supervisory positions without people skills or training to develop some. Salesman-run company. Does not listen to operations staff and very rarely has any kind of improvement to their work experience. Hostile work environment for the majority of my time. I was corrected in front of people I was supposed to be supervising. I was paid based on my area, which is a very low paid area, not off of skills, background, or amount of work. I was told not to worry about getting promoted- to “fix my store”. I had not been trained properly, and was held accountable for things that I had not been asked to do previously. I was repeatedly asked if I felt my skills were more useful at another company. This company recently merged with NCS, and has yet to offer all the benefits that NCS employees have to Single Source employees (bonuses).
