The team is great—lots of smart, friendly people who are always willing to help out. Managers positively encourage your growth and are proactive about fixing root causes in client environments that lead to fewer breaks/fixes. The benefits are solid, and there's room to move up if you're eager to put in the effort. The office environment is laid-back but still focused, which makes it a comfortable place to get things done. Stand-ups help keep the team in sync.

I wouldn't change too much. We could have some better documentation.
