Relaxed role but low pay and terrible benefits - Recensione dipendente - Incident Manager presso Singtel

Pay is low and bonus for fy2026 is terrible. Despite Singtel has good profit their PB is relatively low. This is very disappointing as it discourage and demotivates employees like us. Generally there's no 13th bonus, and this PB felt like a 13th month bonus to me. Hence in a way they are saving huge amount of money. Employee benefits are not good at all. Too little to none. Their DnD also terrible, last year it was held at a industrial storage space with few food trucks (where we have to queue for hours just to get little food). In the name of "adopting to current genZ trend" they saved huge amount of sum too, where they could have spent on luxurious hotel with 6/7 course meal but NO. Hence if you are driven by benefits and remuneration, this is not the right place for you work at.
