Don't believe the negativity - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Singtel

I often read Glassdoor, and stumbled across one of my previous contracts that I left in 2021. It's a fast paced business for sure, who are trying to do something different in moving to a marketplace. It isn't for everybody, and in my experience of being at SS it is clear there are a lot of "hangers on" - people that log on at 9am and log off at 5pm. Nothing wrong with that, but it's much more fast paced than that, and you can see that since the company was purchased, a lot has been done to actually run it like a company (I believe the previous owners had it in millions of £££ of debt). A lot of the "former" staff on here obviously have a gripe - which you can understand, Glassdoor is a great place to vent if you want to be seen as bitter, but you can do it anonymously. Honestly though, in my experience it was a good place to work, and they have some really talented people now. Perhaps a bit different as a contractor, but they treated me well.
