Really nice people to work with. Work is relaxed and there is plenty of room to do additional work and get recognition. They encourage publishing and patents, full support.

Pay is a bit low, but great place to get more experience.

It is a small research center which is good as you get to work with, and know of, multiple people.

No path for promotions. It is also a Chinese owned company so leadership is reserved to those in the political party of the Chinese government.
