      The pay is excellent for the area, perhaps a bit too high.

      Most of the guys who work on the shop floor are entitled, lazy, backstabbing liars who will throw you under the bus to make themselves look better. The supervisor for the largest area of the shop lets all of this slide. He sits in his crow nest and ignores everyone.

      Amazing benefit package, with many benefits available at no cost to employees. Many employees have worked for the company for over 40 years, so they must be doing something right! The executive team is top notch, with different levels of varied business and sales experience.

      It's a small company and turnover is low, so it's difficult to gain employment with them.
