Inconsistency- (given it’s a start up, things can get messy such as pay check can be incorrect or not received on time) Also, things too much out of panic due to churn Accountability-(Vets at this company tend to behave like college freshman. Excessive drinks at lunch, gossiping amongst co workers who don’t become apart of their click, and just poor emotional IQ in certain situations) Favoritism-(Management or leaders have already picked their favorites soon as you walk in the door. No matter how hard you work, they’ll favor their interest, ideas, and career growth over yours….it’s pretty sad.
