- tons of growth opportunities and the chance to make a real impact - impressive client portfolio ( I truly enjoy working with all of my clients) - the platform or software is dedicated to meeting clients' needs and delivering the best possible solution (lead with "yes - it's possible") - collaborative and supportive (and fun!) company culture - great place for building relationships (though not a must)

A potential con for some but a pro for me: the lack of structure/systems ( natural growing pains of a fast and successful company but everyone is aware and is making an effort to improve things with s shared commitment)
