Good work life balance, interesting projects

Company tried to make too many projects at a time

Good place to get experience before moving on to a new company. The atmosphere among colleagues is quite good. The location of the offices are generally ok, easy to get in and out of the city.

Poor communication from management, old-boy network very strong. There is a lot of cynicism from the labor force about the project managers and senior management in general. The company lacks a clear vision of how to work, with too many tools floating around and no coherent strategy for accomplishing tasks. Too many people focus of minutiae rather than getting something positive done. Little scope for innovation from employees.
