CEO and HQ is PYSCHOOOOO. so unprofessional they say they are flexible but are not at all. The way the schedule works is they assume you are always free unless you block it off. So if you forget to block off a time and you get scheduled you’re pretty much screwed and they will freak out on you if you try to cancel. I once woke up to a text at 8 am that I had to babysit at like 10 that same day. You have no say in the families you babysit or the location. They also say that you cannot have any contact with the families except for when you’re at the sit and don’t give out contact information so it’s really inconvenient on both sides. CEO and hq are very much involved and will ream people out for no reason. During the “interview” Amanda the ceo mentions 7382828x that she runs a multi million national organization even though its trash and is horribly mismanaged. Mentions that she has sued sitters over cancelling sits for non emergencies or lies so sitters are scared to death to do any thing wrong. I’ve had friends get fired for no reason. It’s pretty crazy. I’ve never hated a company as much as this one.
