The disconnect between the parent company, leadership and everyone else. Toxic positivity and the finger pointing. Scaling is hard but it’s near impossible when veterans have little experience outside of their current roles and refuse to have hard conversations about what they’re doing to perpetuate bad habits. The culture changed dramatically from my first year to my last and not for the better.
