multinational company successful in manny regions (not Los Angeles), great benefits

They hire VP's and they get rid of them! If you want to expand your business in Los Angeles, you should keep a positive profile in the region. Getting rid of VP's may reduce your overhead in short term but it will damage your company profile among the construction folks in the region. You will end up paying more to re-build your profile. No work life balance.

Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
