- There are not return offers from the contracting company as often as SkillStorm advertises - People from my cohort have been laid off from the contracting company for reasons that do not relate to their performance. 2 years for thee but not for me, I guess. They are not being offered bench pay (same rate as the training pay) to find a new contract through SkillStorm. - The training is genuinely difficult for ~60-70% of "Stormers". You will spend late nights studying/working on projects. Keep in mind that this training is only for your determined training period and it is very possible to make it through. I'd say around 80% of the original cohort passed.
