Must write lesson plans morning and afternoon lessons, outdoor also have lesson plan, horticulture also have lesson plan, write evaluations for all lesson plans including phonics, technology, current affairs and even Learning Centre also must write evaluations.. Portfolios, Checklist in App, Checklist thematically.. Upload one activity every week on app, upload weekly lesson update.. Newsletter monthly, Thematic Newsletter every theme, Outdoor documentation, Horticulture Documentation.. plus other adhoc for events and etc.. Change learning centre every theme, do teaching resources with level 1-3 difficulty.. Long working hours, if shortage of teachers need to OT… and still have Saturday shift..
