Pretty much everything about being in a call center but worse, training will not prepare you for the entitlements/attitudes of customers, horrible workload that's designed to burn you out, and lack of patience from staff. I have seen this a few times before but :𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐮𝐩 𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬.
