      - "Sports team"-like culture - Highly collaborative and helpful environment - You learn something new on a daily basis - The product is truly promising on a very long-term perspective - People-first policy, which contributes to work-life balance

      - Not really a "con" in general, but as with all startups, some people can be uncomfortable with quick-changing priorities. What you're working on today may not have an immediate impact until the later stages of the business (I find this delayed-gratification exciting, and better, to some extent)

      - Probably the coolest job I've had and most people will have - you get to look at things in near real time from space! - Excellent co-workers and direct managers - Flexible WFH is really nice

      - Pay is significantly lower compared to peers in other industries doing similar development work - Leadership is very slow to respond to anything - What customers wanted and what we actually delivered was often quite different - Transparency around funding & net revenue is quite opaque - CEO is fairly out of touch - Career growth was a bit uncertain while there
