Leadership is blind to consultant value. Underpaid (came from Big 4). Took away mileage reimbursement with no detailed reasoning, likely just to boost profits for the office quarterly reports

First, thank you for your efforts in this growing office. As some additional context, we clarified the toll/mileage reimbursement as it was all over the board in practice. While the expectation is that our people could go anywhere in the local area for our local practice, we realize not all commutes are created equal and have a policy in place for excessive commutes. We also encourage anyone for whom the commute is a significant issue to raise his or her hand so we can figure out how we can alleviate the burden. Management does not hesitate to fund top-notch brand experiences when needed. •The company offers a highly competitive benefits and perks package that remains a strong selling point.

•The "fiercely human" core value does not match daily operations. Collaboration is routinely replaced by a self-service model of training videos and help articles. •These recurring shifts are designed to manufacture the appearance of fiscal stability for the benefit of external stakeholders and clients, while leaving core operational deficits unaddressed. •Organizational maturity is low. Teams operate in deep silos, the internal tech stack is outdated, and there is a distinct lack of adequate project and event management software.
