Salary is paid out in quarterly bonuses to hold you ransom to unattainable KPIs. Work/life balance. Pay is pretty low for the level of hours demanded of you. Too much lip service expected. Management constantly use the phrase 'family' and constantly ask you to justify why you love Slalom so much.

Teams operate in deep silos, the internal tech stack is outdated, and there is a distinct lack of adequate project and event management software.
