- The salary is insulting and does not match the endless amount of work piled on. - Workloads are crushing and never let up, no matter how much you give. - Growth is impossible, with no real path forward and no recognition of hard work. - Management demands the impossible yet cannot be bothered to train employees properly. - Support is completely absent, leaving you stranded to fix everything on your own. - The overall environment is suffocating, demoralizing, and pushes people out rather than motivating them to stay.

Good training program for orientation.

Support was non existent after the initial training. No answered calls, texts, or emails. Kind of hard to sell when you have no support.
