Good start for anyone gaining experience in design. Not great for if you're looking for career or salary growth. - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso SlideGenius

Vantaggi

If you're entry level and looking for a company with good culture, they have it. Experience wise, they will provide you with a training regimen to get you up to speed.

Svantaggi

While they have the culture, that's all they have that's positive. They sign you for a bond (during my time of employment) for your training regimen. You have to be present even on holidays because its client first, employees second. They will call you in even on your weekend, if the project requires it. The project managers will treat you differently unless you're in cliques with them. They don't have an outline of creative growth for you, they'll have you figure that out and then compliment you for "going the extra mile". And lastly, all of their processes, work, and culture can also be achieved by working from home, They'll gaslight and require you to work on site, but it's just an excuse for them to make you use their underwhelming PCs/facilities and experience their so-called "culture", despite your preferences and situation.

Vantaggi

A relatively okay place to earn some experience.

Svantaggi

This is one of the most horrible positions that I have ever had. At first it seemed like a decent place, but it did not take long to notice how things actually work. Upper management says all the right things, but when real problems come up, not much gets done. Instead of fixing what employees are struggling with, they would rather focus on little distractions and act like that solves anything. The ceo talks about standards, but some people clearly play by different rules. Pay is inconsistent, favoritism is obvious, and nobody can really explain why two people doing similar jobs are treated so differently. Even small things like breaks or schedules turn into a conversation, which gets old fast. Time off is hard to use without guilt, support is hit or miss, and people mostly keep their heads down. I left tired, frustrated, and not seeing much reason to stay. Run away as fast as possible.
