You can tell that the well-being of the team is important and that senior lead ship genuinely care about everyone! Amazing office, fully stocked fridges and unreal views from the balcony 😍 The Christmas and summer parties are amazing too.

The company trusts its employees to get the job done and doesn't promote a culture of micromanagement or burnout. It's hard to find a significant con. If I had to pick something, perhaps it's that as a growing company, things can move quickly, which means priorities can shift. However, this is just a natural part of being in a dynamic environment and is always communicated clearly.
