Can't really think of anything negative.

Small team filled with smart and motivated engineers. Clear direction from product / business. Opportunities to work on some bleeding edge tech. Team members are given top tier tools for work. Center City office is in a great location. Flexible work from home policy. Medical / Dental plans are great.

Open floor plan can get noisy at times. The tech team in PHL is growing fairly quickly, which brings about some challenges. Vacation time is accrual based, unlimited would be nice.
