not the most organized, have to figure a lot out yourself

Smart, driven and just great people. Super creative and fun work, great office, free snacks, lots of opportunity. Really flexible work/life balance and understanding that we all have lives outside of work. Really just a great place to be every day.

Everywhere has its problems. This one has lots of green employees and micromanagement from leadership, and it is very account-driven (sometimes tough clients). They play it safe alot more than needed, which can be frustrating. There's also a few more senior people who do pretty much nothing and that is also frustrating.
