      1. Very hands-on management, which ensures thing move quickly. 2. Clients largely very good to work with - sales team does excellent screening 3. Good systems and support which means things go smoothly.

      1. Full on days - a lot happening so can be hard to feel as if anything is done even if you've worked on 10+ clients during the day. 2. Lack of career progression - as company grows, this will likely change.
