What has changed in the past few years in going from 200 to 900 employees is how we see our core values manifest in day to day operations, because with that growth requires scale throughout the organization. Our private equity investors help us grow - both through organic and through inorganic (M and A) growth, and while we respect and appreciate your feedback we respectfully disagree with the assessment we use Machiavellian tactics.
