At Smarsh, we want to drive change in our industry to be more diverse, equitable and inclusive, and we believe that should be reflected in our company's values, decisions and team. We have an employee created and led Inclusion Advisory Council (IAC), that has executive sponsorship and seeks to address ideas and themes for increasing inclusivity, equity and diversity at Smarsh. As you noted, we have increased our gender diversity in leadership, not only through hiring but also through internal promotions. We have much work to do, and the energy behind us to make progress
