Smarsh is sensitive to market pay and, does annual reviews and updates of our Total Rewards program to remain competitive in the market and equitable within our organization. Equitable and market pay is incredibly important to Smarsh. We made the commitment to not only review all employees’ pay once per year but review compensation when a team is hiring a new member.
