Almost everything else is a red flag. The company is a fraud and whatever you are told in the interview, it's all lies. The company is practically run by interns.The company has barely 20 people, You'll only see the self proclaimed CEO, be harassed into working till 9PM and beyond with no OT. International Students won't be paid at all. This the most racist and sexist place you'll ever work in. No masks allowed because the CEO doesn't believe in Covid? No air-conditioning, other than few hours in the morning, no windows, bathroom breaks are timed and you are questioned on everything. No phone allowed, so you'll be going the entire day without being allowed to even answer your calls. I think I'd prefer working under hitler than this company. They treat their interns like animals.
