- Owners care about me and my family. I have recently had some family issues and the owners have been by my side the entire time. They have gone above and beyond for me and my family. I am a firm believer that actions speak louder than words and they have shown this! - We all get along! All the co-workers have a great chemistry and there is no in-office drama. It is fun to go to work! - If you work hard and have a good work ethic, you will have the opportunity to make a lot of money. This is my second firm that I have worked for and by far this place has the best commission percentages and the highest number of jobs to work and submit resumes for.

- Just like any other recruiting or sales job, you must perform daily! If you want to just collect a paycheck and stay below the radar, do not come here. If you want to work hard and put the time in, you will be compensated immensely for your effort.

The owners behave with utmost integrity and take pride in their interactions with internal employees, clients and candidates. They are real partners - hands-on, without micro-managing, truly care about their employees and provide individuals with the guidance, tools and freedom to work in their own way.
