      They give everyone company cards.

      They don’t give their install teams tools for success. They say they will pay you 12 a panel but then you don’t slap up more than 50 panels in two weeks. So your living off of 16 an hour. Time management sucks they work you to the bone. Expecting you to fix their problems. They don’t listen to their leadership they just fire them because they don’t have the same ideas as them.

      Great leadership team with excellent communication. You're given what you need to succeed. This is a young/small company which means they listen to everyones opinions and make changes where needed.
