Pay is decent. Other than that, nothing. Doug McNary is quite possibly the worst human being I have ever encountered. A real-life "Mr. Burns". Treats his emplyees like they are machines, not people.

CEO-his goal is to squeeze as much work out of people as he can. Turnover due to burnout is completely acceptable. 10 hour days, 3 hours of talk time, 75 calls is minimum expectation. Metrics are CONSTANTLY brought up (multiple times per day). His goal is to maximize value for acquisition, BY ANY AND ALL MEANS NECESSARY. Treating people with respect is not important. Maximizing profit is the ONLY GOAL. His last company (VKERNEL) was 2 years after he took over. Doug made 5M. Employees, nothing. They were given shares of the acquiring company that were underwater. RUN NOW!!!!!!!!!
