      This job is called Signature Events or Elite Events in Houston. Some of the people you meet at the Gas Stations are pretty cool. Repairing windshields for people who actually need it is satisfying.

      Work 6 days a week, 12 hours a day, and expect a $300< check to satisfy you. Sounds bad? It gets worse. You're outside all day in the beating sun at a Sam's club gas station trying to pull people to get their windshield fixed. Lunch is pretty much limited to Sam's greasy pizza every day so get used to it. Management lives together (Im serious) so expect a clique effect automatically.

      Good people and team environment. Relaxed work environment. Positive sales learning experience where you get out what you put in.

      You have to use your own car to travel to different events without any gas money, you work long hours outside for comission only. Management expects you to work six days a week from 9am to 8pm and travel to events that are up to 90 minutes away from the office. Management sends its reps on road trips but does not pay any sort of food perdium. Cut throat environment, extremely high turnover rate and management only cares about the bottom line, how much money did you earn for them that week. No benefits.
