      Fast paced fun environment. This is a job that management looks out to grow you. I work in the Fl market. If you work hard and do what they teach you, you will grow and make money. In my experience those that dont do well it's on them. They do everything to set you up for success. The owners are awesome and care about there teams.

      Yes you work outside. Also, if your looking for a job where you dont have to be outgoing this is not it. You can't be lazy bottom line.

      Good people and team environment. Relaxed work environment. Positive sales learning experience where you get out what you put in.

      You have to use your own car to travel to different events without any gas money, you work long hours outside for comission only. Management expects you to work six days a week from 9am to 8pm and travel to events that are up to 90 minutes away from the office. Management sends its reps on road trips but does not pay any sort of food perdium. Cut throat environment, extremely high turnover rate and management only cares about the bottom line, how much money did you earn for them that week. No benefits.
