      At SmartScripts, we have a very collaborative team work environment where ideas are shared freely to improve our efficiency, accuracy, and reliability as a company. I personally have found it refreshing to work for a company that is not interested in doing things the way they have always been done, and is willing to push the bounds of an industry to serve the needs of our growing client base.

      There are very few cons to contributing to this laid back work environment. The only improvement I would make is opening up the communication channels, and making sure sure the entire team is informed about upcoming projects or changes in workflow so we can better prepare.

      Thank you for your comments and suggestions. Working outside the box to find new and better solutions to old problems is our inspiration, and you as part of our team are the ones who make it happen. Great point on the reviews and communications, we will structure those into regular protocol.

      Great place to work. People are passionate about helping others. This is exemplified in the CEO's servant leadership style. The company is growing, and these opportunities are passed down to the employees. Truly enjoy it here.

      There really are not any major negative issues, but since we are required to list one- the dehumidifier/cooling system can be very loud in the summer and makes it hard to hear. As I mentioned this is not a major hang up.

We have an opportunity to truly change the industry with people like you on board. Thank you also for the critical input, we are looking for a way to fix that issue, we agree it is a bugger.
