Thank you for the review which we take seriously. We work hard to empower our team for example with clear and achievable goals, weekly and monthly team meetings to give all our team a chance to share ideas, contribute and connect especially important in these Covid times. We have worked very hard to foster an open and positive culture where people are empowered, supported and rewarded. Our culture is also about having fun together we we do every week virtual events we are all looking forward to the return of our in person events. Whilst we are disappointed with this feedback we take it on board. The reference to ""owners " in the review is unclear as there is only one owner in the business. Thank you Smarter Surfaces
