      Working in Smarltook is fun, engaging and dynamic. Its a startup with a great product, amazing growth and lovely people. When it comes to rewarding challenges, it cannot get better than that. The team at Smartlook is simply amazing. There's no strict hierarchy, nor process heavy tasks. Everything is well coordinated and streamlined to revolutionize analytics with Smartlook. The team loves what they're working on and startup style makes office days fun and engaging.

      None really. Well if you dont like working within a young and energetic team in a highly dynamic industry, or going beyond your comfort zone - then that may be seen as a con.

      People willing to listen to your ideas. You feel heard Not much of micromanagement, you're in charge of your work Enlightened CEO interested in what other people have to say, free of ego and power games A lot of freedom and trust put into employees (unlimited HO, no need to bring papers from doctors to prove you went to a consulting room, hospital etc) Most of the people on the team are really cool and down to earth. There's very little personal drama A little budget for self-development

      Not much of micromanagement, you're in charge of your work (not everyone will fit into this culture) Sometimes you get feedback from more people than necessary. This can be exhausting

      We can build the application without management overhead. When someone comes with an idea, there is a great chance that it will be implemented in our product in some way. We share a lot of information among the teams, therefore we as a developers can directly observe impact of our work.

      Maybe it would be nice to have a breakfast in the office. There is basket with fruits and sometimes it is not enough.
