After one year in the company, I can confidently say that I feel genuinely valued, both as a professional and as a person. The environment is challenging, but in a positive way: expectations are clear, the pace is stimulating, and you can clearly see the impact of your work on the business. There is a strong sense of ownership and trust, and good performance is recognized. Nothing major to point out. The pressure can be high at times, but it really depends on how you manage it. There are periods where you might work longer hours, yet without really feeling like you are “working,” thanks to the level of ownership and engagement.
