Priority instability, inconsistent feedback on performance; I was fired without warning for what were allegedly performance reasons, but I had received no significant negative feedback on my performance in the year leading up to being fired, and had in fact been regularly receiving praise from both my manager and my coworkers. When bringing this discrepancy up with HR, they did not seem to have been aware of it, but also did not seem to have the ability to stop the firing process.
