      Flexible, can work remotely or from home.

      Svantaggi

      No benefits, no direction, no product team, and no raises. Literally just CEOs, co-founders, managers, and maybe an intern. Don't understand the technology they are trying to make. Lures in young talented people with pretty business talk then breaks them down with their ludicrous expectations of them.

      -I am constantly learning from and challenged by smart people with interesting backgrounds that are quite different from mine. -Ideas across the organization are considered and acted on. Everyone contributes and has important input. -I worked with SmartyPal as an educational consultant for a while before joining full-time. I was attracted to working for them because I think the company cares deeply about making a real difference in how people learn. -Management is honest and transparent about the status of the company as a whole and any issues that affect the direction of various projects. -At a start-up that is constantly trying to do better, every day is exciting and different from the last.
