They are willing to work with you when you have personal schedule conflicts and are forgiving when you make mistakes. -They have a top notch design training program for new designers -The office culture and drawing standards are very ridgid which is needed when first starting out in this industry -continuing education of design staff is a priority

-Very rigid work environment, once you have learned the basics and have a good handle on design, it becomes and hinderance to further growth. -You must be willing to work extra without compensation. They give you a conflicting message in that they want you to give it your all and a little more but then discipline you when you stay late saying you are wasting time, and berate you when you leave on time. -a general attitude that it is a privilege to receive your paycheck and that even though we don't think you deserve it we are legally obligated to pay you.
