They give you a conflicting message in that they want you to give it your all and a little more but then discipline you when you stay late saying you are wasting time, and berate you when you leave on time. -a general attitude that it is a privilege to receive your paycheck and that even though we don't think you deserve it we are legally obligated to pay you.
