      Family owned and operated company. You get to know everyone who works there. They treat their corporate customers well, as evidenced by the loyalty they have for Smith. Great jobs for entry level professionals and college students who want to work part-time and as-needed.

      Working with corporate clients can be stressful at times. Hosts work 'as-needed' when groups are booked at the facilities, but this allows for schedule flexibility.

      It was good work for when it existed
