Was good until the current CEO came along! - Recensione dipendente - Field Service Representative Then DSR presso SmithFoods

I did my job for 15 years and had a great re pore with co workers and farmers alike. Was told I had no job and new guy was taking my job, I moved to truck driver then. My back stabbing supervisor never even told me why I no longer would be the field service rep. Many employees that had worked there for years were relieved of the jobs and told they MUST train the new person taking over their jobs. Some because they didn't have a degree!!! Seems like discrimination!!!! I quit after 20 years and it was THE BEST THING I EVER DID!!!!
