New CEO (Helen Vaid) is incompetent and not fit for that role -- she under performed as CMO of the US business and no one quite understood why she was promoted to be CEO. She has single-handedly destroyed the culture at Snapfish. It was very disappointing to see what we worked so hard for be destroyed that way.
