You've contributed for years? Axed. - SMT pulled a 1984. Putting on a facade and erasing traces even though people can clearly see that the work force is shrinking. - Not much career growth. Reminds me of my great grandma when she told me to look at the trees. Seedlings die, trees wither, leaves fall, flowers die. But instead of disease and nature it's SMT doing it.
