      Incredibly supportive staff. People are focused, yet freely give time to teach you about their work. Alongside this, there's great opportunity for growth and personal development from wearing many hats. The product gets great outcomes, and makes the growth of the company exciting.

      There's some scrappiness that's required around working in a hybrid role, but I think that's usual for a small company / early-stage.

      Great work environment, surrounded by supportive people who love the company. Everyone works hard, but we also get to have fun as a company with many exciting things going on inside of the office and at offsite locations. Open environment that encourages employees to tap into their creative side. Ability to learn and grow with the company. Option to get involved in other projects outside of your specific role. Weekly meeting for all employees to connect on what is going on within the company across all teams. Interview process was engaging, got to meet with different members of the team and participate in a strategy meeting with the CEO.
